I think the Dongdaemun Shopping Complex is the place for buying fabrics and beads.
You can reach the mall by getting out exit 9 from Dongdaemun station line 4.
From Haebangchon, you can take the local bus to Samgakji station and take line 4.
Or just from Noksapyeong then transfer from Samgakji station.

5th floor is for the beads.
3, 4th are for fabrics.

My Amerian friend is taking beads class from other expat lady.
But she buys semi precious stones and quality beads from the lady...
If you want to know the contact, let me know. I also met the lady long time ago from other friend's introduction at the army base thrift shop(she volunteers there).

My friend knows where the English jewelry class is going on. I was also interested in attending the class. But it's more for semi precious stones jewelry...

The lady who was teaching the class is leaving Korea soon. If I get to know other jewelry class in English I will keep you updated.
